The Bouie

Named for the Bouie River, one of the two rivers that meet in Hattiesburg, this piece is shaped by the same waters that helped shape the city Carter's has called home for 40 years.

Every piece in the 40th Anniversary Collection tells a story forty years in the making. Carter's Collective President Chae Carter, a second generation owner, named each design after the women who shaped her: her grandmother and her mother, drawing on four decades of style, sentiment, and the jewelry that defined them.
