Whether it’s turning grandma’s gem into a timeless keepsake or crafting something custom from a napkin sketch, we’re excited to create a one-of-a-kind treasure for you. From engagement rings and wedding bands, to earrings and necklaces, the possibilities are endless.
Step 1

Materials & Inspiration

Starting with existing jewelry? Gather any pieces you no longer wear, a family heirloom, a broken chain, or just something that's not you anymore. Starting fresh? Bring your vision or design inspiration instead. The more detail you can share, the better we can bring it to life.

Please note: well worn vintage stones may show signs of wear, and heavily chipped stones may not be suitable for resetting.

Step 2

Schedule Consultation

At your appointment, our experienced jeweler and custom design specialist will:


1. Evaluate your existing pieces and stones.

2. Discuss your vision, design preferences, and intended use (everyday wear vs. special occasion).

3. Establish your desired budget.

Step 3

Collaborate on Design

Once we know your vision, we'll create initial designs just for you, sketches or renderings, whichever brings your piece to life best. Expect your first look 2 to 4 weeks after your consultation and materials arrive.
Step 4

Review & Refine

Take a look, request changes, and we'll revise until it's exactly right, typically within another 2 to 4 weeks. Once you give the green light, we start crafting!
Step 5

Creation & Completion

From the moment your design is approved, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production. Your piece will be expertly handcrafted by our team, using your original materials whenever possible.

Have unused gold? It can be credited toward your new piece as partial payment.
