Customized and Personalized Orders: Orders for customized and personalized items will take between 2 and 12 weeks to create and process, depending on the complexity and specific customization(s) of the piece(s). During this time, a dedicated concierge will assist you through each step of the customization process to ensure your order meets your expectations.

Shipping and Delivery:

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship orders domestically within the country. We do not typically offer international shipping, but exceptions can be made for special circumstances.

Local Pickup: If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order from our store. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

Order Updates and Tracking:

After your order is placed, a member of our concierge team will reach out to you by email to provide updates on the status of your order. This includes information on processing times and estimated delivery dates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.
