Start with selecting your chain! Each of our gorgeous Zapping chains are solid 14kt yellow or white gold to ensure their durability and lifespan. One of our jewelers will measure your wrist to make sure your customized, permanent bracelet is the perfect fit.
Then choose your charms. We have a selection of gemstone charms, including each birthstone, and a fun selection of 14 karat gold charms that you can add to complete the look!
Finally, GET ZAPPED! After your bracelet design is absolutely perfect, our jeweler will ask you to move your arm into place and painlessly ZAP your chain together right before your eyes.
The process is fascinating to watch, so get excited!
Not at all! The bracelet is simply welded by our jeweler with a small ring fixed in the middle and will not come into contact with your skin.
Each Zapped by Carter's permanent bracelet is covered by a 1-year warranty, so if your bracelet falls off or needs to be removed within the first year of wear, just bring it by for our jewelers to Zap back on!

Don't worry... We can add one just for you! The addition of a clasp is just $35.
No! Several members of our team have had Zap bracelets for YEARS, traveling far and wide, and have never had a problem. Generally, delicate jewelry never needs to be removed when going through airport security.
We zap in-store Tuesday-Saturday and occasionally you can find us at a public, special event or popup that we will list here.
