- Ultrasonic & Steam Cleaning: They’ll use an ultrasonic cleaner to dislodge dirt and grime from hard-to-reach areas with high-frequency sound waves. After ultrasonic cleaning, our jewelers will steam your piece to blast away any remaining grime and leave it sparkling clean.
- Polishing: Our jewelers will polish your piece to remove scratches and restore its shine. For white gold jewelry, we’ll install a rhodium plating to restore its luster.
- Final Inspection: To ensure that your piece is ready for everyday wear again, our jewelers will confirm that it looks its best and that all stones are secure!
