We recommend selecting your center stone and setting style 6-8 weeks before your desired proposal date. This ensures you will have as many options as possible available and leave time for our jewelers to create the perfect ring just for you!
Most Bloom engagement ring styles require 4-6 weeks for production to be hand crafted by our jewelers.
If you have a tighter deadline, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can do our best to accommodate.
PAYMENT
After final selections are made for your engagement ring setting style and center stone preferences, we ask for a 50% deposit before starting to create your ring.
Payment is accepted in the form of financing, cash, card, or check. Before pick-up or shipping, the remaining 50% must be paid in full.
REPAIR & SIZING
The ring isn't a perfect fit after the proposal? No worries! All first time sizings on rings from Carter's are free within the first 6 months of purchase.
We also offer complimentary cleanings every 6 months for your ring's lifetime! Our jewelers will thoroughly clean your jewelry in our state-of-the-art service department & after 24-48 hours it will be sparkling again like the day you got it! 6 month cleanings by our jewelers also help prevent future damage, aiding in your ring's longevity.
RETURNS
Custom designed and altered jewelry are non-refundable and non-returnable.
non-customized and non-altered rings are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. No refunds. No exceptions. Items purchased between November 24 and December 24 must be returned or exchanged by January 13. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition with any applicable certificates, appraisals, or receipt.
